How does my membership work?
You can sign up above by clicking “JOIN NOW” and selecting the size of your pet or in-store. Once you’re signed up, the membership rate will be paid monthly as an auto-debit.
So all you need to do is schedule your appointment and come
on in! We’ll notify you in advance as yearly rates increase.
Does the membership include gratuities?
It does not. Please feel free to tip our bathers and groomers for their hard work at the time of service!
Can I share my membership with other pets? Do my services roll over if I forget one?
Your membership is exclusive to one dog to take the burden of monthly maintenance off your shoulders.
Services do not roll over, so get your appointments on the books to get the most out of your membership!
Can I add other services to my membership?
Absolutely! Just let us know which services you plan to add before the day of your appointment for our team to allow ample time. Add-ons can be paid for at the time of service and are listed here.
Can I upgrade the shampoo & conditioner?
Sure! Give us the details when you make the appointment, and we’ll have it ready to go! Shampoo & conditioner upgrades can be paid for at the time of service and are listed here.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel at any time by sending an email through our contact form here.
As a courtesy, please send notification of your cancelation at least two weeks before your next auto-debit date. In the unfortunate event that your pet is no longer with you, of course, the membership would end immediately.
